What's the Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?
Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ): For our current stock, the MOQ is £500 per order. For orders that exceed our stock level or involve new products, the MOQ is typically 100 chairs or 50 tables per colour per style. However, the MOQ may vary depending on the type of products you require before placing an order.
How long does delivery take?
For in-stock items, the lead time is 3-5 working days.
For urgent orders, we can also use services such as DPD, Parcel Force, Yodel, and many others for Next Day delivery.
For orders from the factory, the average lead time is 4 months, except during the Chinese New Year period.
Pro forma (Payment upfront before dispatch). For container order, we normally run 30% deposit upfront and 70% balance 2 weeks before delivery(this will ensure no delays occours on custom clearance etc).
We offer a 1-year warranty on the structure of most of our standard products. We can also offer longer warranties for higher-standard products upon request. For instance, we once offered a 10-year warranty on a project that involved reinforcing all the material, parts, and mechanisms.
Could you do bespoke tables and chairs based on our drawings? If you could, what’s MOQ?
Regarding making changes to our standard products, the MOQ for such customizations is the same as the MOQ for a factory order: 100 chairs or 50 tables per colour per style. Additionally, we can create bespoke tables and chairs based on your drawings. We are experienced in OEM and ODM, and we have several factories that can develop products based on your requirements. We have also supplied individual parts to clients previously, such as table legs, table tops, floating bookshelves, and office chair pump lifts.
What countries do you deliver to?
All our items are available for delivery to United Kingdom, for outside of UK is also available on different request.
Do you have a show room?
No, unfortunately we do not have a showroom; our products are only viewable online.
Are the items flat packed?
Most of our items come flat packed. The assembly is very easy, as it only consists of attaching the legs to the base with provided fixings.
What is your returns procedure?
If you dislike the item, or it doesn’t suit your needs, you are entitled to a full refund if the items are returned with original packaging and resalable condition to our warehouse within 14 days of the delivery date. What if the item reaches me damaged?
If any of your items are damaged or defective, please take a photograph of the damage and forward it to our customer services at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will then arrange a free of charge replacement. Please note we will not collect the faulty or damaged products.
Can you offer any further discounts?

Can I mix and match colours of chairs sold in sets?
Unfortunately, the sets come in one colour. To mix and match you will need to order each chair individually.
How do I arrange to pick up my order from your warehouse?
If you would rather collect your order from our warehouse than have it delivered to your house, please contact us via email on firstname.lastname@example.org to schedule. Our warehouse is based in Newfield House, Coates, Retford, Nottinghamshire, DN22 0HA. Please keep in mind that we are open Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm, and need at least two working days notice before your arrival.

We advise to not exceed the load of 100 kilograms.
