Delivery & Returns
Our warehouse is located in Nottinghamshire and offers self-collection with 24-hour notice. Once your order has been shipped, delivery times typically range from 3-7 days depending on the items. We also offer free timed delivery, allowing you to select a delivery date and track your order online.
In the event that you are not satisfied with your purchase, please ensure that the product is unused, undamaged, and packed in its original packaging. Once we receive the returned item, we will process your refund within 10 working days. Please note that full refunds will not be possible for items that are returned to us damaged.
Any faults or missing pieces must be reported in writing within 3 days of the invoice date, including the part letter/number (found on the instructions or invoice), a detailed description of the damage, and photographic evidence. Incorrectly ordered items or cancelled orders cannot be returned.
