Delivery & Returns

Our warehouse, located in Nottinghamshire, offers self-collection with 48 hours' notice. Once your order has been shipped, delivery typically takes 3-7 days, depending on the items. We also provide free timed delivery, allowing you to select a delivery date and track your order online.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please ensure the product is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Once we receive the returned item, we will process your refund within 10 working days. Please note that we cannot issue full refunds for items returned damaged.

Any faults or missing parts must be reported in writing within 3 days of the order received date. Please include the part letter/number (found on the instructions or invoice), a detailed description of the issue, and photographic evidence. Items incorrectly ordered or cancelled cannot be returned.
